# Leverage

The Uliquid V1 protocol currently has 1 contract for leverage on Aave (including forks). The Leverage contract allows a user increase her exposure to an asset say Ethereum. The contract deposits 'Ethereum' and incurs debt of a selected asset on behalf of the user in a series of loops. The user ends up with an Ethereum collateral balance scaled by the collateralization ratio and a corresponding debt. The Uliquid protocol doesn't charge any fee for leverage.
